Our Temple Library Welcomes You

The Temple Dor Dorim library is a beautiful new faciltiy available to all of our congregants. Our library is accredited by the Association of Jewish Libraries. We are proud of our collection of over 1,300 books for children, middle grade readers, teens and adults. The library offers both fiction and non-fiction books, reference, Judaica, periodicals, CD's and DVD's. New books arrive several times a year keeping us in touch with the most up-to-date titles.

Our Library works closely with the Early Childhood Program and offers weekly story time sessions for all preschoolers. The children become familiar and comfortable with books and the library at a very early age, setting the stage for a love of reading and books throughout their lifetime.

The library and preschool program are run by a group of dedicated volunteers.

Dedicating books for special occasions and to memorialize a loved one helps us to build our library one book at a time. You can dedicate a children's book for $25 or an adult book for $36. A book plate will be placed in the front of the book with your name and the name of the person you are dedicating it to. Please send your dedications and checks to Temple Dor Dorim, 2360 Glades Circle, Weston, FL 33327 to the attention of the Library Fund.

We welcome new volunteers. For further information please call Lorelei Ennis, librarian, at (954 349-4450) or e-mail akidsbook@aol.com.
